Self-Care
It's an exhausting time. Many instructors and pupils have lost loved ones, homes, and hope. We must take time to learn how to practice intentional self-care. One-off retreats might be great at giving us a moment of rest, but what we'll offer is a method to develop sustainable approaches to community-based well-being culture.
Skill Building
Students are in need of critical discussions to help them process and understand their world, particularly as it relates to race, class, and other social issues. Many of us feel unprepared to meet the demands of our students. We provide a wide range of distinct learning options so you're prepared to overcome some of these hurdles.
Connection
Working from home has put a tremendous amount of strain on our social connections and communication. Even more, today's political polarization has made it more difficult to have frank discussions about vital concerns that affect every one of us. We're excited to spend the time having deep conversations and making meaningful (re)connections with one another.
Registration is open: "Designing for Connection" - a two-day learning experience that will help you build your teaching practice and prepare you for the challenges ahead. This event is focused on self-care, skill-building, and connection, and it's the perfect way to get ready for the future. Get ready for high energy, rich content, led by experts in the K12 field.
We'll accept 200 registrations - don't miss out on this unique opportunity!
